Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to protect the pages and maintain the shape of the spine. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture; the kraft paper finish benefits from dry storage conditions. For heavy or frequently accessed documents, check the metal rims and ring mechanism periodically for wear.
