Gem Herlitz 8859100 förzinkad metall

The Herlitz 8859100 paper clip is a classic fastening tool made from galvanized metal with a grey finish. At 32 mm length and supplied in a pack of 1000 pieces, these paper clips are designed to hold together small to medium stacks of documents while offering corrosion resistance thanks to the galvanization. Their standard shape and neutral colour make them suitable for everyday office, school or home use where neat and reliable paper fastening is required.

Advantages

Galvanized metal construction provides improved resistance to rust and extends service life compared with untreated wire clips. The 32 mm size balances holding capacity and compactness, allowing clips to secure multiple sheets without adding excessive bulk. Supplied in a bulk pack of 1000, the set reduces the need for frequent reordering and ensures a consistent supply for busy offices. The grey finish offers a neutral, professional appearance that complements common stationery and printed materials.

Suitable for

• Fastening loose sheets and short reports
• Organizing small document sets, memos and invoices
• Daily office, school and home paperwork tasks
• Temporary binding during document processing or filing

Key specifications

• Material: galvanized metal wire
• Length: 32 mm
• Finish: grey
• Quantity in pack: 1000 pieces
• Standard double-loop paper clip shape

How to use

Slide a paper clip onto the corner or edge of a stack of sheets so the inner loop grips the paper while the outer loop provides stability. For thicker stacks, position the clip closer to the top corner or use multiple clips to distribute holding force. Remove clips by gently sliding them off to avoid tearing paper. Store the remaining clips in their package or in a small container to prevent loss and to keep them free from dust and moisture.

Recommendations

Use these galvanized paper clips for everyday document management where temporary fastening is needed. Avoid applying them to very thick stacks beyond their holding capacity, and do not use them for permanent binding of archival materials where corrosion-free stainless options may be preferred.
