How to use

Slide A3 papers gently into the folder so that edges align with the folder sides to avoid creasing. Store multiple folders upright in a file box or on shelving to keep contents flat and accessible. When transporting, close the folder fully and place it inside a protective bag or portfolio if additional protection against heavy rain or abrasion is needed. For best results, avoid overfilling the folder beyond its edge capacity to maintain the folder’s shape and closure effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use the red HERMA A3 polypropylene folder for documents that require flat storage and quick visual identification. Regularly clean the surface with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
