Mapp polypropen (PP) HERMA 19517 rosa A3

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19517 in A3 size is a single-piece, durable document folder made from polypropylene. Its robust material and reinforced edges protect papers from bending, moisture and light wear during storage and transport. The folder's pink colour provides an identifiable option for colour-coded filing systems while keeping documents flat and secure.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear resistance and slight water repellence compared with paper folders, extending the lifespan of stored documents. The A3 format accommodates larger drawings, posters or folded A4 sets without folding. Its lightweight design makes it convenient to carry between home, office or meetings. The single-piece pack simplifies procurement when only a few folders are required.

How to use

Insert unfolded A3 documents directly into the folder from the top or side opening, ensuring the edges align with the folder's sides. For folded A4 sets, place them flat to avoid additional creasing. Close and store the folder upright in shelving or flat in transport bags; the polypropylene surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth if needed. Avoid sharp objects that can puncture the material.

Recommendations

Store the folder away from prolonged direct sunlight to minimise any potential colour fading. Use the pink colour to label or identify categories within a filing system. For heavy or frequently accessed documents, consider combining this folder with a sturdier rigid cover or binder for added protection.
