Mapp polypropen (PP) HERMA 7139 A4 flerfärgad

The HERMA 7139 A4 folder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and is designed to store and protect A4-sized documents. The multicolour design provides a practical way to visually organise papers while maintaining a lightweight and flexible construction. The material is resistant to tearing and moisture to a degree typical for PP folders, and the folder includes a secure closure to keep contents in place during transport and storage.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers a balance of flexibility and tear resistance while remaining lightweight for easy handling. The multicolour finish helps with quick visual sorting and colour-coding of documents. The secure closure reduces the risk of papers falling out, and the simple design is appropriate for both personal and professional environments.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents at home or in the office
• Colour-coding reports, invoices, or project files
• Transporting papers between meetings or classes
• Short-term storage of documents that need frequent access

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format: A4 document size
• Design: multicolour
• Closure: secure closure (integrated flap or similar)
• Features: lightweight and flexible, tear-resistant

How to use

Place A4 documents inside the folder, aligning pages so the edges sit neatly within the folder's panels. Engage the secure closure to keep contents contained during handling and transport. For colour-coding, assign each colour to a category or project and store related papers together. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder's capacity to preserve the closure and prevent damage to documents.

Recommendations

Store the folder flat or upright on a shelf to maintain shape and avoid bending documents. Keep away from extreme heat sources and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent warping or colour fading. Clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemicals that can damage polypropylene.
