Key specifications

How to use

Insert A3 documents by sliding them into the folder opening until they sit flat inside; ensure edges are aligned to prevent creasing. Use the multicolour design to group related documents by subject or project. Store the folder upright on shelves or in portfolio cases for easy access, or place it inside a larger bag for transport. For long-term archiving, keep the folder in a dry, temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

The folder is intended for document protection and organization; avoid overfilling beyond its flexibility limits and do not use with wet or oily items. Clean with a soft, dry cloth if needed and store in a cool, dry place to maintain material integrity.
