Konventionell arkivmapp Herlitz 5914304

The Herlitz 5914304 is a conventional A4 file folder manufactured from durable polypropylene (PP). Its transparent surface provides immediate visibility of inserted documents, allowing quick identification without opening the folder. The material is lightweight and tear-resistant, offering reliable protection for daily document handling in office and school environments. The slim design keeps papers flat and organized while remaining flexible enough for frequent use.

Advantages

The transparent polypropylene construction resists tearing and moisture better than paper-based folders, extending the useful life of stored documents. The folder’s low weight and flexible body make it easy to carry and store in bags or drawers. Because the front and back are clear, users can preview contents at a glance, which simplifies filing and retrieval. The smooth surface is also easy to clean and maintains a neat appearance over time.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 documents and loose sheets in offices
• Storing school assignments, handouts and notes
• Presentations and meeting materials where quick content viewing is needed
• Archiving receipts, certificates and reference papers

Key specifications

• Format: A4-compatible
• Material: Polypropylene (PP)
• Color/finish: Transparent/clear
• Weight: lightweight construction for easy handling
• Durability: tear-resistant and moisture-resistant relative to paper folders
• Design: slim, flexible single-pocket folder

How to use

Insert documents by sliding A4 sheets into the folder pocket, aligning edges to keep pages flat and protected. For best results, avoid overfilling; keep the folder’s capacity within a single ream’s fraction to maintain its shape and closure. Store folders upright in racks or stacked flat in drawers. Clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove dust or light stains.

Recommendations

Use the folder for frequently accessed documents that benefit from visibility, such as meeting agendas, study materials, or reference sheets. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight to prevent warping. For long-term archiving of sensitive papers, combine with acid-free interleaving or a sealed archive box.
