xTool mBot Ranger pedagogisk robot

Many children struggle to connect abstract coding concepts with real-world applications, leaving them disengaged from STEM subjects. The xTool mBot Ranger solves this by offering a hands-on, buildable robot that transforms into three distinct forms: a rugged Robot Tank, a speedy Racing Car, and a self-balancing Robot. This versatility keeps learning fresh and challenging, making it an ideal tool for young engineers aged 8 and up.

Who is it for

This kit is perfect for curious kids, students, and beginners in robotics and programming. It suits educators and parents seeking a comprehensive STEM learning resource that grows with the child, from simple graphical coding to advanced Arduino programming.

Main features

• 3-in-1 design: build Robot Tank, Racing Car, or Self-Balancing Robot with the same kit.
• Powerful Me Auriga mainboard based on Arduino Mega 2560, offering 10 RJ25 ports for expansion.
• Program with mBlock (Scratch-based graphical interface) or Arduino IDE (C++).
• Includes 6 sensors: ultrasonic, line follower, light, gyroscope, temperature, and sound.
• Actuators: two encoder motors, buzzer, and RGB LED for interactive feedback.
• Durable anodized aluminum chassis, compatible with Makeblock modules and LEGO bricks.
• Wireless control via Bluetooth; wired via USB Type-B.
