Patchkabel Goobay CAT 6 U/UTP 3 m gul

Goobay CAT 6 Patch Cable U/UTP, 3 m, yellow. This patch cable uses copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors and RJ-45 plugs at both ends, designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. The clearly visible yellow jacket facilitates cable identification in patch panels and structured cabling.

Advantages

The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet over CAT 6 performance class while offering a cost-effective conductor material (CCA). Durable outer sheathing and precisely moulded RJ-45 connectors ensure stable plug-in connections. Its 3 m length provides flexible placement between network devices without excess slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home networks
• Patch panel and rack cabling in small offices
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet links where visible cable colour is helpful

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Conductor: copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Connector: RJ-45 – both ends
• Colour: yellow
• Brand: WENTRONIC (Goobay product)

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plugs into the Ethernet ports of your devices until they click. Use the cable to connect computers, routers, switches or patch panels. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from power cables where possible to reduce interference. For structured installations, label both ends and secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, ensure connectors and ports are clean and undamaged; replace the cable if the RJ-45 latch or jacket shows visible wear. For permanent installations, consider using solid conductor CAT 6 cables if lower attenuation and higher longevity are required.
