Värmekrympslang CellPack 203680, 4 m längd, enkelpack

CellPack 203680 heat-shrink tubing is a single 4 m length sleeve designed for electrical insulation, cable repair and mechanical protection. The tube shrinks when heated to form a tight, abrasion-resistant covering around wires, connectors and splices, helping to stabilize connections and protect against environmental exposure. Supplied as one continuous piece per pack, it can be cut to length for individual applications; a standard spool may include sections that have been tied together to maintain shape during storage and handling.

Advantages

This heat-shrink tubing offers reliable diameter reduction to create a close-fitting seal around conductors and terminations, improving mechanical strength and electrical insulation. The material provides resistance to abrasion and common environmental factors encountered in electrical installations. Being supplied in a single 4 m length simplifies inventory management and reduces waste compared with multiple short pieces.

How to use

Select an appropriate section of the tubing and slide it over the cable, connector or splice before making the final joint or connection. Apply uniform heat using a heat gun, hot air tool or other suitable heat source until the tubing contracts and conforms tightly to the underlying component. Allow the tubing to cool so the material sets and creates the intended protective seal. Cut to length with scissors or a sharp blade; take care to position the tubing correctly before shrinking.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use a controlled heat source such as a regulated heat gun and avoid direct flame. Ensure the selected tubing diameter and wall thickness are appropriate for the intended conductor size and environmental conditions. Store the product flat, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures; note that a standard spool may include tied sections for compact packaging.
