Krympslang CellPack 144363, 100 cm längd, 1 st

CellPack 144363 heat-shrink tubing is a single-piece, 100 cm length sleeve designed to provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection for cables, splices and terminals. Manufactured by CellPack, this tubing is suitable for repair, maintenance and wiring tasks where a reliable, heat-activated shrink fit is required. The product is supplied as one continuous piece per pack and can be trimmed to the required length for specific applications.

Advantages

This heat-shrink tubing offers predictable shrink performance and a close-fitting protective layer after heating, improving electrical insulation and strain relief. The single-piece supply simplifies installation for individual repairs and small projects, while compatibility with common heat sources ensures straightforward application. Its flexible material provides abrasion resistance and helps protect against moisture and contaminants when properly applied.

Suitable for

• Insulating exposed wire splices and soldered joints
• Providing strain relief on cable terminations
• Repairing damaged cable insulation
• Bundling and organizing small wire harnesses
• Electrical maintenance and field service tasks

Key specifications

• Length: 100 cm (single-piece)
• Form: heat-shrinkable sleeve
• Primary function: electrical insulation and mechanical protection
• Application method: heat-activated shrinking
• Typical uses: cable repair, splice protection, terminal insulation

How to use

Cut the tubing to the required length and slide it over the area to be insulated before making the final connection or soldering, or position it over the joint after completing the connection. Apply heat evenly along the length of the tubing using a heat gun, hot-air tool, or other appropriate heat source until the tubing contracts snugly around the conductor and creates a secure seal. Allow the tubing to cool to room temperature before handling to ensure a stable fit.

Recommendations

For best results, use a regulated heat gun and maintain a uniform distance while heating to avoid overheating or uneven shrinkage. When repairing critical or moisture-sensitive connections, ensure the mating surfaces are clean and consider using adhesive-lined heat-shrink variants if a moisture-tight seal is required. Other lengths are available on request; a standard spool may include tied sections.
