Skärbräda GEFU SLIZE rektangulär trä grå – GEFU SLIZE 13967 rektangulär träskärbräda, grå

GEFU SLIZE rectangular wooden cutting board in grey (model 13967) is designed for everyday food preparation in home kitchens. The board combines a solid wooden surface that protects knife edges with a compact rectangular shape that provides a stable work area for slicing vegetables, fruits, meat and bread. The neutral grey finish gives the board a contemporary look while retaining the tactile warmth and natural appearance of wood.

Advantages

The wooden surface reduces wear on knife blades compared with harder cutting surfaces and offers good resistance to deep grooves. The rectangular format maximizes usable cutting area while remaining easy to store. A grey finish improves visual integration with modern kitchen interiors and helps hide minor stains. The board is sufficiently heavy to stay in place during cutting yet manageable for washing and handling.

Suitable for

• Preparing vegetables and fruits
• Slicing and carving cooked meats and bread
• Everyday home kitchen tasks
• Serving cheese or cold cuts

Key specifications

• Material: solid wood surface with grey finish
• Shape: rectangular
• Intended use: cutting and food preparation
• Finish: grey, natural wood texture visible
• Stability: moderate weight for secure placement during use

How to use

Place the cutting board on a dry, flat surface before use. Use the board for slicing, chopping and carving with kitchen knives as required; the wooden surface helps protect blade edges. After use, remove food residues and wash the board by hand with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Avoid prolonged soaking and do not place the board in a dishwasher to preserve the wood and finish.

Recommendations

To extend the board’s service life, periodically treat the wooden surface with food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner and store the board in a dry place. For hygiene, consider using separate boards for raw meat and ready-to-eat foods, and inspect the surface for deep grooves that may require sanding or replacement.
