Scenmikrofon Omnitronic 13063311

The Omnitronic 13063311 is a wired condenser stage microphone intended for live performance and public-address applications. It combines a metal housing with a lightweight construction, offering a balance between robustness and portability. The microphone connects via an XLR-3 interface and includes a 1 m cable, providing straightforward integration with mixers, PA systems and stage boxes. Its white finish suits contemporary stage setups and visual staging needs.

Advantages

The microphone’s condenser capsule delivers a clear and detailed mid- and high-frequency response suitable for vocals and spoken word. A metal body protects internal components against mechanical wear while keeping the overall weight low at approximately 30 g, which reduces fatigue during handheld use. The included 1 m cable simplifies initial setup and reduces the need to source additional accessories.

How to use

Connect the microphone to a mixer or preamplifier using the XLR-3 connector. Ensure the connected preamp provides the appropriate input sensitivity and, if required by the mixing console, enable phantom power according to the microphone’s specifications. Position the microphone at a suitable distance from the sound source to achieve the desired balance of clarity and warmth; closer placement increases presence while greater distance reduces proximity effect and room noise. Handle the microphone by the body to maintain consistent pickup and avoid covering the capsule or grille.

Recommendations

For consistent live sound, use a shock mount or stand and a pop filter when performing close vocals. Regularly inspect the metal housing and cable connection for mechanical wear, and store the microphone in a dry, temperature-stable environment to preserve performance.
