Säkerhetshörselskydd Uvex 9772530 blå

The uvex pheos B-WR safety helmet is a lightweight industrial helmet with a sporty design that provides comfortable, standards-compliant head protection. It features climazone ventilation, a flexible 3D suspension harness and a rigid shell designed to resist side pressure. The helmet is adaptable via a functional accessory system: visor, safety spectacles, ear defenders or helmet torch can be attached to suit different work requirements. A wheel-ratchet suspension harness enables continuous width adjustment for a secure fit.

Advantages

This safety helmet combines low weight with robust protection and adjustable comfort features. The long brim and three adjustable air vents improve ventilation and coverage, while the six-point textile band attachment and wheel-ratchet allow an individually tailored fit. The helmet includes a front slot for helmet lights and side Euroslot adapters (30 mm) for attaching earmuffs or the uvex pheos visor system. It meets EN 397 and the additional requirements for very low temperatures (-30 °C) and molten metal splash (MM).

How to use

Place the helmet on the head and use the wheel-ratchet to adjust the suspension harness width until the helmet fits securely and comfortably. Fasten and adjust the six-point textile band so the helmet sits stable without excessive movement. Open or close the three air vents as needed for ventilation. Attach compatible accessories—such as the uvex pheos visor, earmuffs (using 30 mm Euroslot adapters) or a helmet light in the front slot—following the accessory manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Check the helmet for cracks, damage or significant wear before each use. Replace the helmet if it has sustained a strong impact or shows visible damage. Clean with mild soap and water; avoid solvents or aggressive chemicals. Verify accessory compatibility with the uvex pheos system to maintain EN 397 conformity.
