Skyddshjälm Uvex 9770931 svart

The uvex pheos E-S-WR safety helmet (uvex 9770931, black) is a lightweight protective helmet designed for electrical, construction and industrial work. It has a fully enclosed shell certified to EN 50365 (1,000 V AC) for use by electricians, a shortened brim for improved upward vision, and a robust shell that resists side pressure. The helmet accepts a range of accessories such as visors, ear defenders and helmet lights via a front slot and side Euroslot adapters.

Advantages

This safety helmet combines a low weight and sporty design with climazone ventilation and a flexible 3D textile suspension harness for wearer comfort. A six-point textile band attachment and a wheel-ratchet suspension harness provide continuous, secure width adjustment and an optimal fit. The shell meets EN 397 requirements including very low temperature (-30 °C) and molten metal (MM) splash resistance, and is available in multiple colours including black (uvex 9770931).

How to use

Place the helmet on the head and use the wheel-ratchet harness to adjust the width until the helmet fits securely and comfortably. Ensure the six-point textile bands sit evenly around the head and the shortened brim does not obstruct upward vision. Attach compatible accessories—such as the uvex pheos visor, ear defenders or helmet light—into the front slot or side Euroslot adapters as required. Inspect the helmet for visible damage before each use and replace it if the shell or suspension shows cracks, deep scratches or other signs of compromised protection.

Recommendations

Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Follow manufacturer guidance for accessory compatibility and replace the helmet after significant impact or according to workplace safety policy.
