Rörklammer Fischer 90845

The Fischer 90845 pipe clamp is designed to fasten and support pipes with a clamping range of 0–32 mm. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, the clamp provides stable mechanical fixation for plumbing and installation systems. Its profile secures pipes against axial and radial movement while allowing straightforward installation on walls and mounting rails.

Advantages

The clamp delivers consistent grip across the specified clamping range and is made from durable materials that resist wear and environmental influences. Its compact shape reduces installation space requirements and simplifies alignment of single or multiple pipes. The design minimizes vibration transfer and provides reliable support for standard plumbing and heating installations.

Suitable for

• Securing plastic and metal pipes with diameters up to 32 mm
• Domestic and commercial plumbing installations
• Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) pipe runs
• Mounting on walls, ceilings and mounting rails

Key specifications

• Clamping range: 0–32 mm
• Material: corrosion-resistant metal and polymer components
• Function: fixed pipe support with vibration damping
• Suitable mounting: direct wall fixing and rail mounting
• Application environment: indoor plumbing and HVAC systems

How to use

Select a clamp position that provides solid substrate support and appropriate spacing for pipe expansion. Place the pipe into the clamp opening and close the clamp to achieve a firm grip within the 0–32 mm range. Secure the clamp to the substrate using suitable fasteners or rail fittings; ensure the chosen fasteners match the mounting surface and expected load. After installation, check alignment and allow for thermal movement where necessary.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners for installations in humid environments and follow local codes for pipe spacing and support intervals. For pipes subject to significant thermal expansion, provide additional sliding supports or expansion joints to prevent stress on fixed clamps.
