Riktantenn QuWireless QuMax

The QuWireless QuMax is a compact directional multi‑band antenna designed for outdoor fixed installations where enhanced cellular and Wi‑Fi connectivity is required. Combining a high‑power directional LTE antenna with integrated outdoor Wi‑Fi omni elements and a dedicated IP67 enclosure space for Teltonika RUT951, RUT950 or RUT901 routers, the QuMax supports multiple frequency ranges including 0.694–0.96 GHz, 1.7–2.2 GHz, 2.2–2.7 GHz and 2.4–2.5 GHz. With a maximum gain of 6 dBi, vertical polarization and PoE/LAN connector option, the unit is intended to improve link quality over long distances while remaining physically compact (272 × 96 × 276 mm) and weather resistant.

Advantages

The QuWireless QuMax integrates directional LTE performance with outdoor Wi‑Fi capability in a single all‑in‑one housing, enabling simplified deployment and reduced cabling. Its multi‑band support covers common LTE and Wi‑Fi bands for flexible use across different networks and regions. The design allows installation of compatible Teltonika routers inside an IP67 enclosure, providing a protected environment for the router and a clean, consolidated external footprint. Vertical polarization and a 6 dBi gain help extend reach to distant base stations while maintaining a compact form factor and a lightweight build.

Suitable for

• Fixed outdoor cellular links to distant base stations
• Industrial and remote site internet access where a protected router enclosure is needed
• Combined LTE and Wi‑Fi coverage for small sites, kiosks, cabins or temporary installations
• Use cases requiring multi‑band support across sub‑1 GHz, 1.7–2.7 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands

How to use

Mount the QuMax on a suitable mast or wall using appropriate brackets and ensure the antenna is oriented toward the target base station to maximize directional performance. Install a compatible Teltonika router inside the provided IP67 enclosure space and connect the router to the antenna via the provided PoE/LAN interface or the recommended RF connections as per installation guide. Seal all cable entry points and fasteners to maintain weatherproofing. After physical installation, configure the router and wireless parameters to match the operator network and verify signal strength and link stability.

Recommendations

For best results, perform an RF site survey or signal scan to determine optimal antenna azimuth and elevation. Use high‑quality outdoor rated Ethernet and grounding where applicable, and follow local regulations for mast grounding and lightning protection. Regularly inspect seals and mounting hardware to preserve IP67 protection and long‑term performance.
