Nätaggregat PLANET PWR-75-48 75 W blå grå

The PLANET PWR-75-48 is a compact 75 W DIN-rail power supply that provides a single 48 V DC output from a universal 100–240 V AC input. Designed for industrial use, the unit measures 32 mm (W) × 125 mm (D) × 102 mm (H) and uses passive/free-air convection cooling. It meets safety standards UL508 and TUV EN60950-1 and is intended for reliable DC power delivery to industrial Ethernet and other automation equipment in harsh environments.

Advantages

The PWR-75-48 offers stable 48 V DC output in a small footprint suitable for DIN rail TS-35 mounting. Its universal AC input and wide operating temperature range allow flexible installation, while built-in protections for short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature support continuous operation. The passive cooling design reduces moving parts and maintenance needs.

Suitable for

• Industrial Ethernet switches and routers
• Automation controllers and PLC modules
• Field instruments and sensors requiring 48 V DC
• Control cabinets and DIN-rail installations in factories

Key specifications

• Model: PLANET PWR-75-48 (MPN: PWR-75-48, EAN: 4711605283328)
• Output: 48 V DC, 75 W single output
• Input: 100–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz
• Cooling: Passive / free-air convection
• Protections: Short circuit, overload, overvoltage, overtemperature
• Standards: UL508, TUV EN60950-1
• Dimensions: 32 mm (W) × 125 mm (D) × 102 mm (H)
• DIN-rail: TS-35 / 7.5 or 15 compatible

How to use

Mount the unit on a TS-35 DIN rail and connect the AC input (100–240 V AC) to the designated terminals. Connect the 48 V DC output to the powered device following correct polarity. Ensure wiring is secure and use appropriate fusing on the input or output as required by your installation rules. Allow adequate airflow around the unit because the device relies on free-air convection for cooling.

Recommendations

Install the PWR-75-48 inside an electrical cabinet or enclosure that provides protection from direct water exposure and excessive dust. Avoid obstructing ventilation space, observe the specified operating temperature range (-20 to 70 °C maximum), and verify compatibility with your system’s grounding and safety requirements.
