Nätaggregat Ernitec ELECTRA-PWR-75-48 75W 48V

The Ernitec ELECTRA-PWR-75-48 is a compact industrial DIN-rail power supply that delivers 48V DC at 75W. It accepts a universal 100–240V AC input and is designed for installation on TS-35 DIN rails (7.5 or 15 mm). Built for harsh industrial environments, the unit provides a practical and convenient DC power source for Ethernet devices and other industrial equipment where a stable 48V supply is required.

Advantages

The unit combines a small footprint with practical features for industrial use: universal AC input, 48V DC single output, and a 75W power rating. It includes built-in protections against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature to ensure reliable operation. Free-air convection cooling eliminates the need for fans and helps maintain stable temperatures across a wide operating range.

Suitable for

• Powering industrial Ethernet devices and switches
• Supplying DC power to control cabinets and automation equipment
• Small to medium industrial installations requiring a 48V, 75W supply

How to use

Install the unit on a TS-35 DIN rail (7.5 or 15 mm) within an electrical cabinet or enclosure. Connect the AC mains (100–240V) to the input terminals following local wiring regulations and the unit’s polarity markings. Connect the 48V DC output to the load, observing correct polarity. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit for convection cooling and avoid placing the unit near heat sources. Observe the built-in protection indicators and follow standard safety procedures during installation and maintenance.

Recommendations

Place the power supply in a location with sufficient airflow and within the specified temperature range (-20 to 70°C). Verify cable sizes and fuse protection according to installation rules. Regularly inspect terminals and mounting for secure connections and signs of wear in heavy industrial conditions.
