How to use

Place A4 papers inside the folder with the open edge accessible for easy retrieval. Use the different colours to separate documents by category, date or topic. When carrying several folders, stack them in a bag or briefcase with the spines aligned to prevent bending. If the folder becomes dusty, wipe it with a damp cloth and allow it to dry before reusing.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid exposing the folder to prolonged direct sunlight or high heat to prevent colour fading or warping. Do not store heavy objects on top of filled folders to maintain shape and protect contents.
