Kylfläns Alphacool NexXxoS XT45

The Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 heatsink is engineered for liquid cooling loops in desktop PCs. Constructed from brass, copper, and steel and finished in black, the unit measures 124 mm wide, 522 mm deep and 46 mm high. Designed to be installed where a high-performance heat dissipation element is required, the NexXxoS XT45 combines robust materials and a form factor intended to integrate into custom water-cooling systems and improve overall thermal management.

Advantages

The heatsink's combination of copper and brass contact surfaces with a steel structure provides stable thermal conductivity and mechanical durability. Its slim 46 mm height and 124 × 522 mm footprint allow fitting into many PC chassis and custom radiator mounts. The 120 mm fan compatibility supports common fan sizes for flexible airflow configuration, while the black finish gives a neutral visual profile for varied system aesthetics.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid cooling loops in desktop PCs
• Replacement or upgrade for existing heatsinks in water-cooled systems
• Environments that require compact, high-conductivity heat dissipation components

Key specifications

• Type: Heatsink for liquid cooling systems
• Materials: Brass, copper, steel
• Dimensions: 124 mm (width) × 522 mm (depth) × 46 mm (height)

How to use

Install the NexXxoS XT45 as a component in a closed-loop liquid cooling system following the case or custom mount specifications. Ensure the unit is mounted securely, with flow direction and fan placement arranged to provide effective air movement across the heatsink. Use compatible fittings and tubing for leak-free connections, and follow standard safety procedures for working with cooling liquids and PC internals.

Recommendations

Prior to operation, perform a pressure and leak test on the assembled loop. Maintain regular system checks for fluid level, pump performance, and debris accumulation on fan blades or heatsink surfaces to preserve thermal performance. When selecting fans, consider airflow (CFM) and static pressure specifications to match your cooling goals.
