Kylare Alphacool NexXxoS XT45

The Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 heatsink is a passive cooling component designed for custom cooling loops and system installations where a compact, high-quality heat dissipation element is required. Constructed from copper and steel with a black finish, the unit measures 124 mm (width) × 400 mm (depth) × 46 mm (height) and weighs 1.515 kg. The design focuses on providing stable thermal performance as part of a liquid-cooling setup, offering a durable build and a neutral appearance that integrates with a variety of system layouts.

Advantages

The copper and steel construction ensures solid thermal conductivity and mechanical strength while the black finish provides corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance. Its slim 46 mm profile and 400 mm depth allow installation in confined spaces or alongside other cooling components. Being a passive heatsink without integrated fans, it can be used in systems where noise minimization or centralized fan control is preferred.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops and radiators integration
• Systems requiring a passive heatsink component with robust build
• Compact or slim-case installations where depth and height constraints apply
• Builds that prioritize centralized or external fan control and noise reduction

Key specifications

• Type: Heatsink (passive)
• Material: Copper and steel construction
• Colour: Black
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 124 × 400 × 46 mm
• Weight: 1.515 kg

How to use

Integrate the NexXxoS XT45 into your cooling loop or system layout following the case and loop manufacturer recommendations. Mount the heatsink in a position that allows sufficient coolant flow and access for tubing and fittings. Ensure compatibility with your existing radiator, pump and reservoir arrangement, and route tubing to avoid sharp bends or kinks. As this unit has no integrated fan, plan airflow and fan placement elsewhere in the system if additional active cooling is required.

Recommendations

Use appropriate corrosion inhibitors and coolant additives compatible with copper and steel to maintain longevity. During installation, verify clearances inside the case and secure all fittings to prevent leaks. Regularly inspect the cooling loop for sediment or discoloration and perform maintenance according to your liquid-cooling system schedule.
