KWB 604430 polerskiva, rundborste

The KWB Wheel brush 604430 is a flexible nylon polishing disc with aluminium oxide abrasive, 100 mm diameter and a 6 mm shank, supplied in a blister pack. Designed for fine sanding, cleaning and removing paint, varnish and welding discolouration, this blue polishing disc works on stainless steel, wood, metal, light alloys and non-ferrous metals. Its shape and flexibility make it suitable for working on narrow edges, frames, grilles and curved objects and for surfacing wood.

Advantages

The polishing disc combines nylon filaments with aluminium oxide abrasive to provide controlled, fine sanding and cleaning without aggressive material removal. Its flexible construction adapts to contours and narrow profiles, while the 6 mm shank fits standard rotary tools. The blister packaging protects the disc and simplifies storage.

How to use

Fit the KWB Wheel brush onto a compatible rotary tool with a 6 mm collet or chuck. Start at low speed to position the disc, then increase speed gradually to the recommended operating range of your tool while maintaining steady, light pressure. Move the disc evenly over the surface to achieve fine sanding or cleaning; avoid excessive pressure that could deform the brush or damage the workpiece. For removal of paint, varnish or welding discolouration, work progressively and check results often.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and gloves). Test on a small area before full application to ensure the desired finish and to confirm compatibility with the material.
