InLine platt patchkabel, U/FTP, Cat.6A, svart, 7 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A black 7m is a slim, shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed LAN connections. Its flat profile and 7 m length make it suitable for routing under carpets or along walls and skirting boards where space is limited. The cable terminates in RJ-45 connectors on both ends and uses U/FTP shielding for improved protection against electromagnetic interference, supporting stable data transmission for Cat.6A networks.

Advantages

The flat construction reduces cable bulk and enables discreet installation in narrow channels while maintaining the electrical characteristics required for Cat.6A performance. U/FTP shielding helps to lower crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or electronic devices. The molded RJ-45 connectors provide consistent contact and ease of plugging, and the black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance that blends into residential and commercial installations.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired connections for PCs, switches and routers
• Office and home network setups where space is limited
• Installation along skirting boards, behind furniture, or under carpets
• Environments requiring reduced interference and improved signal stability

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6A (U/FTP shielding)
• Length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Profile: Flat
• Colour: Black
• Typical use: Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet support within Cat.6A limits

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your device and the other end to a switch, router or wall outlet supporting Cat.6A cabling. Route the flat cable along baseboards, under carpets or through narrow gaps to keep it out of the way; avoid sharp bends and heavy compression points to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. Ensure both connected devices support the required network speeds and duplex settings for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. When running the cable under flooring or in confined spaces, avoid pinching or repeated bending. If you need to join to permanent in-wall cabling, use appropriate couplers or have a certified installer perform the termination to maintain Cat.6A performance.
