InLine patchkabel SF/UTP Cat.5e grön 0,5 m

Twisted-pair network cable of category Cat.5e for connecting network components with RJ45 ports, such as switches, routers, wall outlets, patch panels and network cards. The InLine Patch Cable SF/UTP Cat.5e in green is 0.5 m long and supports Gigabit connections (1 Gb/s) at a maximum frequency of 125 MHz. The cable uses SF/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and is fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends for straightforward installation.

Advantages

The SF/UTP Cat.5e design provides shielding that helps lower crosstalk and external interference while maintaining the Cat.5e performance required for 1 Gb/s links. The 0.5 m length reduces cable clutter in patching environments, and the green jacket makes the cable easy to identify in cabling looms. Both ends are terminated with standard RJ-45 connectors compatible with typical network devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Patching between wall outlets, patch panels and network devices
• Short-run Gigabit Ethernet links where a 0.5 m cable is sufficient
• Color-coded cable management and identification

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.5e (SF/UTP)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Maximum data rate: 1 Gb/s
• Maximum frequency: 125 MHz
• Colour: Green

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding RJ45 port on the devices to be connected (for example, switch to patch panel or router to wall outlet). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Use the short 0.5 m patch cable for tidy connections in racks, patch panels or next to desktop equipment where minimal slack is required.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for indoor network installations and short patch runs. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference where possible. For longer runs or higher shielding requirements, consider appropriate Cat.6 or higher-category cables.
