InLine patchkabel F/UTP Cat.5e grå 7,5 m

The InLine Patch Cable F/UTP Cat.5e grey 7.5m is a 7.5 metre networking cable with F/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for structured cabling and device interconnection, this Cat 5e cable supports common Ethernet applications and provides a neutral grey finish that blends into home and office environments.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference from external sources, improving signal stability over the cable run. The Cat.5e specification supports high-speed data transmission for typical Ethernet networks. Both ends terminate in standard RJ-45 plugs for plug-and-play compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network interface cards. The 7.5 m length offers extended reach without the need for additional patch points and the grey jacket provides a discreet, professional appearance.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting PCs, printers and networked devices to a switch or router
• Linking patch panels to wall outlets in small office or home networks
• Temporary or permanent workstation cabling where 7.5 m reach is required
• Network installations needing additional protection from external interference

Key specifications

• Cable type: F/UTP (foil-shielded twisted pair)
• Category: Cat.5e
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of the source device (such as a router, switch or modem) and the other connector into the target device (computer, printer or networked peripheral). Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy compression or high heat sources to maintain signal quality and cable longevity. For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances.

Recommendations

Use the cable for standard Ethernet speeds appropriate to Cat.5e specifications and replace if visible damage to the jacket or connectors occurs. For long-term structured cabling installations, verify cable routing and strain relief to prevent connector stress.
