InLine patchkabel armerad, U/FTP, Cat.6A, svart, 7,5 m

The InLine® Cat.6A armoured patch cable (7.5 m) is a rugged U/FTP Ethernet cable designed for demanding network installations and outdoor or high-mechanical-stress environments. It combines full shielding, an inner SUS204 stainless steel jacket and a highly elastic PVC outer sheath to provide mechanical protection, EMI protection and long-term durability. The cable uses HDPE core insulation and RJ-45 (8P8C) fully shielded plugs with 50 µ" gold-plated contacts, offering stable signal integrity for high-speed data links up to 500 MHz and support for PoE applications.

Advantages

The armoured construction increases resistance to crushing, heavy foot traffic, pests and rodents while full U/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable conductivity and low signal loss. The stainless steel inner jacket and elastic PVC outer sheath deliver enhanced mechanical strength and flexibility for installations such as temporary event setups or exposed outdoor cabling.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN links requiring Cat.6A performance (up to 500 MHz)
• Outdoor and semi-outdoor installations exposed to mechanical stress
• Temporary event cabling (shows, concerts, stages)
• Billboards, advertising signs and other exposed networked equipment

How to use

Connect RJ-45 fully shielded plugs to the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices, ensuring proper grounding of the cable shielding at one end or according to site grounding practices to maintain EMI protection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it in place to reduce sustained pressure. For outdoor or temporary installations, protect termination points from direct weather exposure and follow local installation standards for PoE-powered devices.

Recommendations

Use this armoured Cat.6A patch cable where mechanical protection and high signal integrity are required. For best performance, terminate and test installs with appropriate certification tools (for example Fluke DSX series) and observe the specified temperature and loading limits, especially when using PoE up to 90 W.
