Fiberoptisk patchkabel helos LC multimode 7,5 m

helos LC multi-mode fiber optic patch cable, 7.5 m provides a reliable link for short-range multi-mode networks. The cable is fitted with LC connectors on both ends and is intended for connecting switches, patch panels, servers and active network equipment. It is designed for straightforward installation in data centers, communication closets and campus cabling where standard LC multi-mode ports are used.

Advantages

The helos LC multi-mode patch cable delivers consistent short-distance data transmission with low insertion loss and easy handling thanks to compact LC connectors. Its 7.5 m length allows flexible routing between racks and cabinets without excess slack. The cable is compatible with standard multi-mode infrastructure and supports quick plug-and-play deployment, reducing installation time and potential configuration errors.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches to patch panels in data centers and server rooms
• Linking rack-mounted servers to network equipment
• Short-distance links within wiring closets and communications rooms
• Multi-mode fiber backbones and horizontal cabling segments

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC to LC
• Fiber type: multi-mode
• Length: 7.5 meters
• Polish/type: standard multi-mode connector polish
• Cable jacket: flexible indoor-rated jacket suitable for rack and cabinet routing

How to use

Uncoil the cable and visually inspect connectors for cleanliness before installation. Align and insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port until it clicks. Route the cable through cable managers or tie points to avoid sharp bends; maintain minimum bend radius as recommended for multi-mode fiber. When removing the cable, depress the connector latch and pull straight out to avoid stressing the fiber or connector housing.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep LC connector endfaces clean and protected when not connected. Use appropriate fiber cleaning tools and avoid bending the cable beyond its specified minimum radius. Use the 7.5 m length to reduce spool storage and ensure tidy routing in racks and cabinets; replace the cable if connectors show scratches or if signal loss increases.
