Equip Cat.6 U/UTP-patchkabel, 1,0 m, gul

The equip® Cat.6 U/UTP Patch Cable is a 1 m network patch lead engineered for high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards, this yellow Cat.6 cable features RJ-45 connectors with gold plating and U/UTP design to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity in demanding network environments.

Advantages

The Cat.6 construction provides higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with earlier cable categories. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the U/UTP (unshielded/overall screened) design minimizes external interference for stable 10GBase-T performance over short distances. The 1 m length offers a compact solution for patch panels, switches and wall outlets.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, patch panels and routers in data cabinets
• Short horizontal links between wall outlets and network devices
• Office and home network setups requiring 10GBase-T-capable cabling
• Environments where clear cable identification by colour is helpful

Key specifications

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices (switch, patch panel or network card). Ensure connectors click into place to secure the connection. Use the 1 m length for short patching runs inside racks or between nearby devices. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connector and do not place heavy objects on the cable to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For reliable 10GBase-T performance, use this Cat.6 patch cable for short runs (typical within racks and patch panels). Verify network equipment supports the intended link speed and keep cable runs free from strong electromagnetic sources to minimize interference.
