Why choose it

The BALLARINI Igloo lid combines functionality with Italian design heritage. The tempered glass is tough enough for daily use, and the stainless steel rim ensures a snug fit on compatible cookware. The Bakelite knob is heat resistant, so you can lift the lid safely without a cloth. The integrated steam vent helps regulate pressure and reduces mess on your stovetop.

Ideal use cases

• Monitoring slow-cooked stews and braises without losing heat
• Covering pots for boiling pasta, potatoes, or vegetables
• Keeping food warm on the table with a stylish, see-through lid
• Replacing a worn or broken lid on your existing 28 cm pot

Good to know

This lid is not oven safe due to the Bakelite handle, so it is intended for stovetop use only. It is dishwasher safe for hassle-free cleaning. The transparent glass allows you to check on your food at a glance, making it a practical addition to any kitchen.
