BALLARINI glaslock Dome Ø24cm

For cooks who value visibility and precision, the BALLARINI Glass Lid Dome Ø24cm offers a clear, domed window into your pot, letting you monitor simmering sauces, boiling pasta, or steaming vegetables without lifting the lid and losing heat. Unlike flat lids that trap steam unevenly, its domed shape encourages condensation to drip back into the pan, keeping dishes moist and flavorful. The tempered glass is engineered to resist thermal shock and impact, so it moves confidently from stovetop to oven up to 180°C. A stainless steel rim adds structural strength and a clean, modern edge, while the stay-cool Bakelite handle provides a secure grip even when the lid is hot. A small steam vent prevents pressure buildup and reduces rattling, making it a practical companion for everyday cooking.

Highlights

• Domed tempered glass for clear visibility and even condensation return
• Stainless steel rim for durability and a polished look
• Bakelite handle stays cool to the touch for safe lifting
• Integrated steam vent to release excess pressure and prevent spills
• Oven safe up to 180°C for finishing dishes under heat
• Dishwasher safe for effortless cleanup
• Fits all 24 cm diameter pots and pans

In daily use

Place the lid on any 24 cm pot or pan and enjoy a clear view of your cooking. The transparent glass lets you check browning, liquid levels, and doneness at a glance, reducing the need to lift the lid and interrupt heat. The domed shape creates extra headroom for rising doughs, steaming dumplings, or tall ingredients. When steam builds, the vent releases it gradually, minimizing lid chatter and keeping your stovetop cleaner. After cooking, the lid can go straight into the dishwasher, or be wiped clean by hand. Its robust construction withstands sudden temperature changes, from a hot burner to a cooler countertop, without cracking.
