Ensure media and ribbon are correctly aligned, select suitable print settings for polyester material, and perform a test print to confirm print quality before full production.

Recommendations

For best durability and print contrast, use a resin or near-resin thermal transfer ribbon and allow printed labels to cure briefly before exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasion. Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
