How to use

Power off the ZXP Series 7 printer and open the printer housing according to the manufacturer's service instructions. Remove the existing print head following the printer's documented procedure, handling the head only by designated edges to avoid contaminating the thermal surface. Install the Zebra P1037750-006 print head into the carriage, ensuring it is seated and aligned per the printer alignment indicators. Close the housing, power on the printer and run any recommended calibration or print head alignment routine through the printer's control panel or software to optimize print quality.

Recommendations

Use compatible ribbons and cleaning consumables specified for ZXP Series 7 printers to extend print head life. Perform routine cleaning of the print path and periodic cleaning cycles as described in the printer manual to prevent buildup that can degrade image quality. Replace the print head if persistent banding, uneven color density or repeated alignment errors occur despite cleaning and calibration.
