Zebra fraktförpackning

Warehouse managers and logistics coordinators rely on these Zebra direct thermal labels to keep shipping and inventory operations moving without interruptions. Each roll delivers 1,000 crisp, smudge-free labels that print on demand—no ribbons or toner needed—so you can produce barcodes, addresses, and tracking tags the moment they’re required. The 102 x 152 mm format gives you ample room for detailed information, while the permanent acrylic adhesive ensures labels stay firmly attached to boxes, pallets, and bins throughout the supply chain.

Why choose it

These labels are engineered for high-volume, fast-paced environments where downtime is not an option. The direct thermal coating produces sharp, high-contrast prints without the cost or complexity of ribbons, reducing your total cost per label. The permanent acrylic adhesive forms a strong bond on corrugated cardboard, polybags, and other common shipping surfaces, preventing lost or unreadable shipments. Perforations between labels speed up peeling and application, keeping your packing lines efficient.

Ideal use cases

• Shipping and receiving labels for e-commerce and distribution centers
• Inventory bin and shelf labels in warehouses
• Barcode labels for asset tracking and work-in-process
• Pallet identification and compliance labeling
• Retail backroom and stockroom organization

Good to know

Store labels in their original packaging at temperatures between 0°C and 21°C to preserve adhesive performance and print quality. For best results, use with Zebra direct thermal printers calibrated for 102 x 152 mm media. The 1-inch core fits standard roll holders, and the 4-roll pack ensures you have enough supply for extended runs without frequent changeovers.
