Vridregulator Omnitronic 80711088

The Omnitronic 80711088 is a wall-mounted rotary volume control designed for simple and reliable adjustment of audio levels in residential, commercial or public environments. The unit accepts low-voltage audio inputs and provides stepped or continuous volume attenuation via a front-mounted rotary knob. Its compact black housing measures 80 mm × 67 mm × 154 mm and is intended for flush mounting in standard wall boxes where a discreet control point is required.

Advantages

This wall-mounted volume control offers straightforward mechanical operation with consistent tactile feedback from the rotary knob. It supports a wide audible frequency range so level changes do not alter tonal balance, and the low maximum input voltage requirement enables safe integration with many low-voltage audio systems. The compact footprint and neutral black finish allow the unit to blend into different interiors while providing a durable control surface for frequent use.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the rotary volume control into a compatible flush wall box and connect the audio low-voltage wiring following local electrical codes and the system wiring diagram. Once mounted, rotate the knob clockwise to increase the output level and counterclockwise to decrease it. Verify system impedance and speaker power ratings to ensure the 5 W handling rating is appropriate for the connected load. If the control provides stepped positions, adjust to the desired detent for repeatable settings.

Recommendations

Use this volume control within the specified voltage and power limits and pair it with compatible low-voltage audio equipment. Avoid exposing the unit to moisture and excessive heat. For installations in larger systems, plan zone distribution and speaker impedance so the control operates within safe thermal and electrical limits.
