Vinkelskruvmejsel Wiha 20570

The Wiha 20570 L-shaped hex key is a metric, ball-end hex key with a MagicRing® on the long arm and a matt chrome-plated finish. The blade is made of chrome-vanadium steel, through-hardened and chrome-plated, and the tool is manufactured to ISO 2936L-based standards. The ball end allows working at angles up to 25°, and the MagicRing® (from size 3 mm) secures hex standard screws independently of screw material in any position. The long arm length is 16.3 cm and the short arm length is 3.3 cm, providing leverage and access to tight spaces.

Advantages

The chrome-vanadium steel blade is through-hardened and chrome-plated for wear resistance and corrosion protection. The MagicRing® spring-steel retention ring secures screws reliably and simplifies one-handed insertion and removal. The ball end permits angled operation up to 25°, improving accessibility in confined or hard-to-reach locations. The matt chrome finish reduces glare and provides a durable surface.

How to use

Insert the appropriate end of the L-shaped hex key into the hex socket of the screw. For standard straight access, use the long or short arm as required to achieve leverage; for confined spaces or angled entry, use the ball end allowing up to 25° offset. Use the MagicRing® to hold the screw on the key for easier insertion; the ring secures the screw independently of its material. Apply steady turning force without exceeding expected torque for the screw size to avoid rounding the hex profile.

Recommendations

For best results, select the correct key size to fit the screw head precisely. Do not use the tool as a hammer or pry bar. Store dry to maintain the chrome-plated finish and check the key for wear or deformation before use. The MagicRing® retention works from 3 mm sizes — verify compatibility with very small or non-standard fasteners.
