VALUE manuell USB 2.0-skrivarväxel, 4 portar (14.99.5034)

Manual USB 2.0 Printer Switch, 4 Ports by VALUE (model 14.99.5034) lets up to four computers share a single USB peripheral such as a printer, scanner or digital camera. The compact, bus-powered device supports USB 2.0 transfer rates and includes four indicator LEDs to show the currently active port.

Advantages

This USB 2.0 printer switch provides a simple hardware solution for sharing one USB device between four PCs without the need for software installation. Manual switching via a front button gives immediate control over which computer has access, while bus-powered operation removes the need for an external power adapter. The four LEDs clearly indicate the selected port, helping to avoid confusion when multiple users are connected.

Suitable for

• Small offices where several users need to share a single printer
• Home setups with multiple PCs and one scanner or printer
• Workstations that require occasional direct access to a shared USB camera or peripheral

How to use

No additional drivers are required for basic switching operation on most operating systems.

Recommendations

Use short, high-quality USB cables to maintain reliable USB 2.0 data transfer. Ensure only one computer accesses the shared device at a time to prevent communication conflicts. For devices with higher power requirements, verify compatibility since bus-powered operation may not supply sufficient power for some peripherals.
