Trycklufts-färgspruta HAZET 9040-3

The HAZET 9040-3 pneumatic paint sprayer is a compressed-air spray gun engineered for controlled, even application of paint in workshop and site environments. With a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar and an airflow of 360 l/min, the unit delivers consistent atomization suitable for a range of coatings. Its compact width of 109 mm and ergonomic balance support precision work and reduce operator fatigue during extended use. The sprayer is intended for use with conventional coatings where air-assisted spray application provides improved coverage and surface finish.

Advantages

The HAZET 9040-3 combines high airflow and stable pressure to produce uniform spray patterns and reliable finish quality across multiple substrates. Its compact dimensions make it easier to maneuver in tight spaces and for detail work. Operating on compressed air, the sprayer provides quick response and adjustable material delivery for consistent results. The tool's straightforward design supports routine maintenance and cleaning, which helps maintain spray performance over time.

Suitable for

• Automotive touch-up and panel refinishing
• Industrial equipment and metal coatings
• Furniture and cabinetry refinishing
• General workshop painting and surface maintenance

Key specifications

• Operation type: pneumatic (compressed air)
• Maximum operating pressure: 12 bar
• Airflow: 360 l/min
• Compact width: 109 mm
• Application: air-assisted spray for liquid coatings

How to use

Connect the sprayer to a clean, dry compressed-air supply rated for the required pressure and airflow. Adjust the air pressure and material feed according to the coating manufacturer's recommendations and the desired spray pattern. Hold the sprayer perpendicular to the work surface at a consistent distance while triggering evenly across the area to build thin, overlapping passes. After use, flush the spray passages and nozzle with a suitable solvent or cleaner compatible with the coating to prevent clogging and maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment, including a respirator suitable for paint vapors, eye protection, and gloves. Verify that the compressor and hoses can deliver the specified airflow and pressure. Test-spray on a sample panel to confirm spray settings and material compatibility before working on the finished surface.
