Teleskopstötta Stanley STHT1-05932

The Stanley Telescopic Support STHT1-05932 is a portable adjustable prop designed to provide temporary vertical support for boards, panels and lightweight structures during construction and DIY work. Constructed from ribbed heavy-duty aluminium, this telescopic support combines rigidity with reduced weight to allow easier transport and rapid on-site setup. The unit features an adjustable pole and an integrated clamp mechanism that helps hold materials in place until they are permanently fastened.

Advantages

The telescopic support offers adjustable height for lifting and holding boards in position, while the efficient clamp design secures materials firmly during installation. The heavy-duty ribbed aluminium body maintains flatness and rigidity under load, yet keeps the overall weight low for convenient handling and transport. The simple adjustment system enables quick changes to match different working heights and applications.

Suitable for

• Supporting plasterboard, timber boards and panels during installation
• Temporarily holding materials in place while fastening or fixing
• Light construction tasks, refurbishment and DIY projects requiring vertical support
• Working in confined spaces or where scaffolding is impractical

Key specifications

• Material: ribbed heavy-duty aluminium for strength and reduced weight
• Adjustable height: telescopic pole with positive locking for variable working heights
• Clamp mechanism: built-in clamp to hold boards securely during installation
• Design: lightweight and portable for easy transport and setup on site
• Application: temporary vertical support for panels, boards and light structures

How to use

Set the telescopic support on a stable surface, extend the pole to the required height and engage the locking mechanism to secure the position. Position the support under the board or panel to be held, use the integrated clamp to press the material into place and adjust as needed until permanent fastenings are applied. For safety, ensure the base is stable and that the load is within the capabilities of the support before leaving the workpiece unattended.

Recommendations

Use the telescopic support on even, firm ground and inspect the clamp and locking components before each use. Avoid exceeding the intended load for temporary support and store the unit dry to prevent wear. For repetitive or heavy-duty tasks, consider using multiple supports to distribute load evenly.
