Tejp TESA 04195-00001-04 brun polypropen

tesa® 4195 PV 4 is a brown duct tape with a polypropylene (PP) backing and a high-tack water-based acrylic adhesive. The tape provides immediate adhesion and strong holding power, allowing secure closure of tight-packed boxes and reliable sealing for indoor repair and packaging tasks. The adhesive formulation is chlorine-free and based on mineral-oil derivatives, enabling environmentally friendly disposal by heat treatment and compatibility with cardboard recycling processes.

Advantages

The high-tack water-based acrylic adhesive ensures excellent initial tack and consistent hold on cardboard and other common packaging materials. The PP backing offers flexibility and tear resistance while remaining easy to handle. Chlorine-free composition and mineral-oil-based adhesive support heat-treatment disposal and do not interfere with paper mill recycling processes.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes for storage and shipping
• General indoor repairs and patching
• Bundling and temporary fixes in home or office environments
• Applications requiring quick adhesion on tight-packed surfaces

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure, as the tape is formulated for indoor use. For recycling, follow local cardboard recycling guidelines; the tape’s chlorine-free, mineral-oil-based adhesive is compatible with common paper mill processes and allows heat-treatment disposal.
