Sticksågsblad Metabo 623599000

The Metabo 623599000 jigsaw blade set contains ten precision-ground blades engineered for clean cutting in metal, plastic and wood. Manufactured to Metabo quality standards, the blades balance durability with cutting performance and are intended for use with a broad range of jigsaws that accept standard shank blades. The set is suitable for workshop tasks and on-site jobs where consistent kerf width and predictable cutting behavior are important.

Advantages

These jigsaw blades are made from high-grade tool steel and finished to reduce friction and heat build-up during cutting. The selection of tooth geometries within the set allows you to choose blades optimized for faster material removal or finer finishes. Uniform shank dimensions ensure compatibility with common quick-change jigsaw systems, while the robust construction extends service life under regular use.

Suitable for

• Cutting sheet metal and thin-gauge steel
• Shaping plastics and acrylics
• Crosscuts and curved cuts in soft and hardwoods
• General workshop and DIY renovation tasks

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 blades per set
• Material: high-grade tool steel
• Compatible shank type: standard jigsaw shank
• Intended materials: metal, plastic, wood
• Tooth patterns: mixed geometries for rough and fine cuts

How to use

Select a blade from the set suitable for the target material and the desired finish. Fit the blade into the jigsaw according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the shank is fully seated and the blade is oriented with teeth pointing toward the workpiece. Adjust cutting speed and feed to match the material—slower feeds and moderate speed for metals to avoid overheating, higher speed and steady feed for wood to maintain a clean edge. Secure the workpiece and use appropriate clamps and safety equipment while cutting.

Recommendations

For best results, match blade tooth geometry to the material: use finer-tooth blades for thin metal and clean finishes, coarser teeth for faster wood removal. Replace blades when you observe excessive burrs, burning of plastics, or increased motor load. Always wear eye protection and follow jigsaw safety guidelines.
