Stålkapsling Rittal SZ 2365.000

The Rittal SZ 2365.000 is a robust steel enclosure designed to protect electrical and electronic components in industrial and commercial settings. Finished in silver, the cabinet combines a plain, functional appearance with enhanced corrosion resistance appropriate for indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. Its construction prioritizes mechanical strength, secure closure, and space for mounting equipment and wiring.

Advantages

The steel construction provides high mechanical resistance against impacts and deformation while the silver surface finish improves durability and helps resist environmental corrosion. The enclosure accommodates standard mounting accessories and allows neat cable routing and component arrangement. Built for stable performance, it supports safety and organized installation of control equipment, distribution devices, and other electrical assemblies.

Suitable for

• Protection of control panels and distribution components in factories and workshops
• Housing of switchgear, relays, and terminal blocks in electrical rooms
• Enclosures for automation components and small power distribution systems
• Use in service cabinets and maintenance areas for organized wiring

Key specifications

• Material: steel body for enhanced mechanical strength
• Finish: silver surface treatment for improved corrosion resistance
• Mounting: designed to accept standard internal mounting plates and accessories
• Access: lockable door or panel for secure closure and component protection
• Application environment: industrial and sheltered outdoor use where physical protection is required

How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable flat surface or frame according to local installation rules and ensure it is properly grounded. Install a compatible internal mounting plate or rail system and secure electrical components using appropriate fasteners. Route cables through prepared entry points or gland plates and ensure grommets or cable glands are used where needed to maintain protection. Close and lock the door or panel after inspection to secure the contents.

Recommendations

Choose appropriate sealing and grounding measures based on the installation environment, and follow local electrical codes when mounting equipment inside the enclosure. Use corrosion-resistant fasteners for long-term installations and verify clearance and ventilation needs for heat-dissipating components.
