Sprutpistol Bosch PFS 5000 E

The Bosch PFS 5000 E is a wired spray gun designed for painting wood surfaces with consistent coverage and fine atomization. With a 1 L material container and a 1200 W motor, this unit is intended for medium to large DIY painting tasks where an even finish and reduced brushing time are required. The spray gun is lightweight for its class at 4.9 kg and connects to mains AC power to deliver steady performance for prolonged use.

Advantages

The spray gun provides uniform paint application and adjustable flow for different wood projects. Its 1200 W motor supplies sufficient power for stable spray patterns while the 1 L container reduces the need for frequent refills. The device is engineered to minimize overspray and to produce a fine, even coat suitable for furniture, doors and trim. Its corded design ensures continuous operation without battery changes.

Suitable for

• Interior wooden furniture restoration and refinishing
• Painting doors, skirting boards and window frames
• Applying primers, lacquers and wood stains
• Medium-scale DIY renovation projects

Key specifications

• Power: 1200 W (mains-powered, AC)
• Container capacity: 1 L
• Weight: 4.9 kg
• Application: wood surfaces (furniture, doors, trim)
• Spray type: electrically driven airless/air-assisted atomization for fine finish

How to use

Prepare the wood surface by cleaning, sanding and removing dust or loose particles. Thin paints, primers or stains as recommended by the paint manufacturer for spray application and pour into the 1 L container, ensuring the unit is unplugged before filling. Select the appropriate nozzle and adjust the flow control to achieve the desired spray pattern, testing on a cardboard or scrap piece of wood first. Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface and move it steadily across the workpiece to maintain an even coat, overlapping passes slightly. After use, unplug the device and clean the container, nozzle and fluid passages according to the supplied maintenance instructions to prevent clogging.

Recommendations

For best results on wood surfaces, use paints or stains formulated for spray application and perform a small test spray to fine-tune viscosity and flow settings. Maintain a consistent distance and speed during spraying and clean the spray gun thoroughly after each use to preserve spray quality and prolong service life.
