The KWB 491422 set contains 5 sanding discs designed for durable, universal use and offers up to four times the lifetime compared to conventional aluminium oxide abrasive paper. The abrasive mesh can be shaken clean or rinsed under running water and is suitable for use with extraction systems.

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible hook-and-loop sanding pad on your sander. Start sanding at low speed and increase as needed while keeping the tool moving to avoid excessive material removal or uneven spots. For best results on fillers and rough areas, use progressive grits until the desired smoothness is achieved. If the mesh clogs, remove the disc and clean by shaking or rinsing under running water; allow to dry completely before reusing.
