Slipbladstillbehör Metabo 635202000 10 st

The Metabo 635202000 sanding sheet accessory includes 10 sheets sized 133 mm × 80 mm, designed for use with compatible Metabo detail sanders. Each sheet is manufactured for consistent abrasive performance and wear resistance to deliver even material removal and a smooth surface finish on wood, paint, filler and light metal deburring. The compact rectangular format and standardized size enable quick attachment and replacement during sanding tasks.

Advantages

These sanding sheets offer uniform grit distribution and durable backing that resists tearing during hand or machine operation. The dimensions 133 mm × 80 mm provide broad coverage while still allowing access to tight areas. Sheets are produced to maintain abrasive life and consistent sanding results across multiple workpieces, reducing the need for frequent changes and ensuring predictable surface preparation.

Suitable for

• Surface preparation of wood and composite panels
• Removing old paint and finish sanding
• Smoothing filler and putty
• Light deburring and smoothing of non-ferrous metals
• Detail sanding in corners and along edges

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack
• Sheet dimensions: 133 mm × 80 mm
• Shape: rectangular detail sanding sheet
• Compatibility: designed for Metabo-compatible detail sanders (rectangular pad)
• Intended materials: wood, painted surfaces, fillers, light metals

How to use

Select a sanding sheet with an appropriate grit for the task and attach it to the sander's rectangular pad according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Operate the sander at recommended speed settings and apply light, even pressure to avoid gouging. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance declines or the backing becomes damaged. For hand sanding, fix the sheet to a block or pad and maintain even strokes across the workpiece.

Recommendations

For best results, begin with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for finishing. Use dust extraction if available, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and respiratory protection. Store unused sheets flat in a dry area to preserve backing integrity and abrasive adhesion.
