Skruvmejselbitsats Wiha 41632 5 st

The Wiha 41632 5-piece screwdriver bit set contains five Torx T20 bits, each 50 mm long with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hex shank. Made in Germany, these bits are designed for use with hand drivers and power/impact screwdrivers, featuring a patented torsion zone that extends service life and a fluorescent coating that makes the blue-marked bits easier to locate, including under UV light.

Advantages

Selection is simplified because only the screw shape (Torx T20) matters when choosing the correct bit. The patented torsion zone makes the bits suitable for power tools and impact screwdrivers while providing up to 120× longer life compared to Wiha standard bits. The fluorescent blue marking improves visibility and reduces time spent searching for lost bits, lowering replacement costs.

How to use

Insert a T20 bit into a compatible 1/4" bit holder, manual driver or power/impact driver. Ensure the bit is seated securely before applying torque. For impact applications, the torsion zone absorbs peak loads; still follow tool manufacturer torque recommendations to avoid overloading fasteners. After use, store bits in a designated case or rack to preserve the fluorescent coating and prolong service life.

Recommendations

Use the Wiha T20 bits for the correct Torx screw profile only; match bit size to screw to avoid cam‑out. For best results with power tools, select appropriate torque settings and inspect bits regularly for wear. The fluorescent marking aids retrieval—use UV light where available to locate misplaced bits quickly.
