Skruv Fischer 536870 85 mm

The Fischer 536870 screw is an 85 mm long concrete screw designed for secure anchoring in solid masonry and concrete substrates. Supplied in a box of 20 pieces, this general-purpose construction screw offers a high-strength fastening solution for mounting fixtures, brackets, and structural components where a reliable mechanical connection in concrete is required.

Advantages

This concrete screw features a robust thread geometry and hardened steel construction to deliver reliable load-bearing performance in solid substrates. Its length and profile provide good embedment and pull-out resistance in concrete, while the precision-formed head allows for controlled torque application during installation. Packed in a box of 20, the package supports small to medium installation jobs without frequent reordering.

Suitable for

• Fixing brackets and supports to concrete walls and floors
• Securing electrical boxes, conduit clips, and cable trays
• Mounting shelving units, railings, and facade fixtures in solid masonry
• General repair and renovation tasks requiring mechanical anchoring in concrete

Key specifications

• Length: 85 mm
• Material: hardened steel (suitable for concrete substrates)
• Thread type: concrete screw thread profile for direct fixing
• Package quantity: 20 pieces
• Intended substrate: solid concrete and masonry

How to use

Select an appropriate drill bit matching the screw diameter and drill a hole to the required depth in the concrete substrate. Clean the hole of dust and debris before installation. Insert the screw and tighten using a compatible driver or socket until the head is seated and the fixture is secured, observing manufacturer-recommended torque values and ensuring the screw achieves full embedment for optimal load transfer.

Recommendations

Use the screw only in sound, solid concrete or masonry. Avoid use in cracked or hollow substrates without suitable anchors. When installing load-bearing items, follow local building codes and verify torque settings and spacing for required load capacity. Wear suitable eye and hand protection during drilling and installation.
