Skrivbordsorganizer PaperFlow 532.01

The PaperFlow 532.01 desk tray is a durable desk organizer made of polystyrene (PS) in black, sized to accept A4 format documents. With dimensions of 755 mm width, 313 mm length and 327 mm height, it provides a stable, stackable solution for sorting incoming and outgoing paperwork on the desk. Supplied as a single unit, this tray is suitable for use in offices, reception areas and home workspaces where a compact, reliable document holder is required.

Advantages

The polystyrene construction offers a balance of rigidity and light weight, ensuring the tray retains its shape under typical office loads while remaining easy to reposition. How to use

Place the tray on a flat, stable surface and orient it so the open side faces the user for easy access. Insert A4 documents, magazines or folders flat into the tray; avoid overfilling to preserve shape and allow for stacking. When stacking multiple trays, align them evenly to maintain stability. Clean the surface with a soft cloth and a mild detergent if needed, avoiding abrasive cleaners that might damage the finish.

Recommendations

For optimal desk ergonomics, use this tray to separate active documents from archived items and rotate contents regularly to prevent accumulation. Keep heavy items off the tray to avoid warping; if stacking, do not exceed recommended office stacking heights to maintain stability.
