How to use

Position the secateurs so the branch or stem sits between the bypass blades, close to the blade tip for thin material or nearer the pivot for thicker cuts. Use the power-grip position for thicker twigs and the quick-snipping position for rapid smaller cuts. Adjust blade tension if cuts become imprecise or blades bind. After use, clean sap and debris from the blades and use the safety lock to store the tool safely. Replace or re-sharpen the lower forged blade when required following the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, keep blades clean and lightly oiled, avoid cutting material thicker than 22 mm, and check blade tension periodically. Use the appropriate grip position to reduce hand fatigue and prolong tool life.
