Routerset Metabo 631039000 – 15-delars frästillbehörsset

Metabo 631039000 — 15-piece router bit set for woodworking and joinery tasks. The kit contains a variety of cutters for grooving, profiling, rounding, chamfering and trimming, compatible with routers that accept standard router shank sizes. It is intended to expand the router's functionality for edge work, template routing and repetitive shaping operations.

Advantages

The set groups commonly used router bits in one kit to reduce the need to buy individual cutters. Included bits cover straight grooves, round-over and fillet profiles, V-grooves, chamfers and flush trimming, enabling a range of finishing and joinery operations. Using matched cutters improves accuracy and speeds up repeated tasks while maintaining consistent edge and profile shapes.

Suitable for

• Grooving and slot cutting in wood and wood-based materials
• Rounding and profiling edges
• V-grooves for decorative joints or signmaking
• Chamfering and beveling edges
• Flush trimming and template routing

How to use

Install the appropriate router bit in the router collet and tighten according to the router manufacturer's instructions. Set cutting depth and router speed suitable for the material and the type of cutter. Make progressive passes for deeper cuts and feed the router steadily to avoid burning or tear-out. Use a guide, fence or template for straight or repeatable profiles and always secure the workpiece before routing.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: eye and hearing protection and a dust mask. Check bit condition before use and replace any worn or damaged cutters. Match cutter diameter and profile to the project requirements and use multiple light passes rather than heavy cuts to extend bit life and improve surface finish.
